About Me

My life changed in 2001 when I bought my first digital camera and a copy of Photoshop.  A new world opened, free from the costs, restrictions, and delays of film and chemical developing.   I took cameras with me everywhere, read a dozen books on both capture and editing, and spent most of my free time either shooting or editing.   Fate was kind.  I found several mentors, and many diverse shooting opportunities with magazines and organizations found me.   The shooting opportunities made me learn how to capture and create images in diverse settings.  Having people relying on me and getting my work published made me get better.

Now, after two decades, I have shot images in twelve countries and in almost every environment and condition possible.  Over a thousand of my images have been published in magazines, newspapers, and websites.

I currently use a Sony Alpha 1 and a Sony AR7iv, with a set of Sony zoom lenses that span 24-600 mm.  I have lights and modifiers for everything from a closet to an auditorium.  You're invited to contact me if you need a photographer.  I generally shoot weddings and parties only for my family and friends.

Best wishes,

Jeff
